Onsite Consultant

Chandler Agribusiness can provide a dedicated on-site consultant for large and complex organisations. A thorough needs analysis will be conducted as part of this process.

Candidate Guarantee

Chandler is confident in our approach and our quality of candidates placed. For all on-hire labour placements, we guarantee that if a candidate is deemed unsuitable and finished within the first 4 hours, we won’t bill for time worked. For permanent placements, we have a three month guarantee and will replace unsatisfactory candidates at no extra cost within this period.

OH&S

Chandler AgriBusiness is strongly committed to the management of health, safety, welfare and injury prevention. We believe this is best achieved through a partnership agreement with our clients. As part of this commitment and our employer obligations, a trained consultant will conduct an annual site risk assessment for all clients who require our on-hire services. This is a collaborative consultation, and many of our clients take it as an opportunity for a site ‘health check’.
