Job Description

Chandler Personnel is looking for motivated, hard-working Nursery hands for a fast-paced fruit grower based in Pakenham Vic. Our client is a leading producer of raspberries, blueberries and strawberries.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Working harvest including pruning / thinning / budding / grafting of trees.
  • Farm hand work
  • Labeling, pruning, staking, fertilizing and weeding plants
  • Monday - Friday 7:30am-3:30pm
  • pay rate - $28-30 per hour plus super

Skills and Experience Required:

  • MUST have their own transport
  • Proof of right to work in Australia
  • Available to work 5 days per week including weekends & public holidays
  • This role will require physical fitness and resilience to working outdoors for long hours
  • Possess a hard-working attitude
