Chandler AgriBusiness, a branch of Chandler Services, is a well-established and experienced staffing solutions business. Our purpose and vision are to create cost-effective labour solutions for Victorian farmers by building the best labour solutions provider in Australia.

We initially began in 1991 as a traditional recruitment company, specialising in permanent and temporary blue-collar recruitment; and over the past 25 years our services have expanded to include payroll management, online and accredited training, financial reporting services in addition to labour hire and recruitment.

Recognising the need for effective recruitment services within agriculture, Chandler AgriBusiness began supporting farmers with a compliant work force in late 2014. We are proudly the first VFF-trusted labour hire company, and deliver a fully insured, legally compliant workforce.
Chandler Agribusiness solves labour for farmers. But our larger purpose expands beyond that. We’re here to empower growers with a reliable workforce to extract the most out of their land; because it’s not about what you do; it’s about who you have.

We exist to get growers to that moment of relief and satisfaction, that moment when they know they’re in good hands.

Recognising the need for effective and compliant recruitment services within agriculture, Chandler AgriBusiness began offering these services to primary producers in late 2014. We were the first VFF-trusted labour hire company to deliver a fully insured, legally compliant workforce. Chandler Agribusiness is also a member of the Recruitment and Consulting Services Association (RCSA) and adheres to the strict standards set by our governing body, including paying correct industry rates so that farmers can concentrate on farming and not labour issues. 

Our quality management system is proudly ISO 9001 certified. We continually monitor and manage quality across all our operations as well as provide consistent performance and service.

The large contingent of the Chandler AgriBusiness workforce is led by former farmworker team which has over a decade of on-the-ground and management experience in the Agriculture industry here in Victoria.

Our teams help growers manage their workforce and plan for harvesting and packing goals. We assist clients in developing long-term human resource plans by employing a philosophy focused on compliance, pay roll and reduction of costs.
